Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please call us on: 4087392329 or email us at support@lotostechnology.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at support@lotostechnology.com for the return process.

Please note:

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Returns requested after 30 days of purchase are not accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To initiate a product return, please email us at support@lotostechnology.com.

For product quality issues or returns within the 30-day return period, LOTOS will cover the shipping fee.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
